Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpecPop ("the Service"), operated by Yasmine El Omari ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using SpecPop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About SpecPop

SpecPop is a web-based application designed to help interior designers and FF&E professionals manage sample requests, track specifications and communicate with suppliers. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SpecPop. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are using it for professional or business purposes.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering

Please notify us immediately at hello@specpop.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SpecPop for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SpecPop, including project information, supplier contacts and sample records. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Beta Service

SpecPop is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may be added, changed or removed at any time
• The Service may experience downtime or data issues
• We may contact you to gather feedback

We recommend keeping your own backups of important data during the beta period.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

During the beta period, SpecPop is available free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and terms will be communicated clearly in advance. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecPop and Yasmine El Omari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using SpecPop at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of SpecPop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
